Photos from the Archive

Residents of Seacliff Village turned out en mass to protest the proposed strip mall. It was a good old fashioned protest march lead by Pepper Golesh. (We were new to the neighborhood at the time and thought it would be a cool way to do something good and meet the neighbors.)

Unfortunately, there were only these few photos in the archives, but it still stands as a great example of a community coming together to stand up for the quality of everyone's life. If you happen to have some photos of this event that you would like to share, please send them along and I will add them to the collection. Also, I could not provide captions, as I was just a beginner at that time (and still a novice). Anything you can contribute to the history of Seacliff Park will be appreciated.
